Terms of Use
By using the Waynex app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Waynex is
Waynex is a mobile app for organizing group trips: itineraries, places, documents, expenses, and sharing. Waynex is not a travel agency and does not sell packages, flights, or accommodation.
2. Account and requirements
- Sharing and sync require an Apple ID with iCloud enabled.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
- You are responsible for your device and Apple account security.
3. Plans and subscriptions
Waynex offers a free plan and auto-renewing monthly Plus and Max subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Prices and terms are those shown by Apple in your country at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully, not to abuse or compromise the service, and not to upload illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights.
5. Trip sharing
When you share a trip via iCloud, invited participants may view or edit (if permitted) trip content. You are responsible for whom you invite.
6. Intellectual property
Waynex, its logo, and interface are protected. Content you create remains yours.
7. “As is” service
The app is provided “as is”. Map, schedule, and price data may be inaccurate — always verify critical information with official sources.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waynex is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or decisions based on information in the app.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
